Fits my Braun 10-cup coffee maker perfectly. Seems sturdier than the original that came with the coffee maker. Markings on sides are great because it is clear how many ounces each mark denotes, which I was never sure about with the original. My only complaint is that the lid does not come off very easily to put it in the dishwasher, but it will come off with a bit of wiggling. Don't waste your money on the brand-name carafe.

the medelco universal coffee carafe replacement works just as well as the braun carafe replacement and it is five dollars less.

Fit my Braun KF400 perfectly, and MUCH heavier glass!
Other thoughts- The Braun KF400 makes EXCELLENT coffee, which is more than I can say for the new trend of "10cups in 3min..." quickes!

I have a Braun coffee maker and am not able to find replacement parts for it at local stores. I needed a carafe and this was perfect! It was a good price and delivery was very fast. This was an excellent experience.
Great product for my old Braun coffee maker March 2, 2010

I just got this product and made my first cup of coffee without any problem. I was afraid there would be spillage because of the other reviews, but no there wasn't. This is my 3rd carafe for my old Braun coffee maker. The other two were original carafes from Braun. I did not realize that I can find a cheaper carafe that fits to my coffee maker. Also this carafe feels much sturdier than the original carafe. So I'm very happy with my purchase..
